Company setup

Preparing your first Saudi business-service enquiry

Explain where your business stands and what you need next, so the conversation starts with the right questions.

Describe your starting point

Tell us whether you are exploring a new business, preparing a setup or operating an existing company. Give a short description of the intended activity and the city where you expect to work. You do not need to send confidential files to begin the conversation.

Separate the tasks

List the support you are seeking: company setup, platform administration, licence follow-up, bookkeeping or ongoing coordination. Mark the most urgent item. A single general request can hide several separate tasks, each needing its own scope.

Use a clear first message

“We are planning [activity] in [city]. Our current stage is [stage]. We need help with [tasks]. Our preferred timing is [date]. Please explain the information needed to assess the work and provide a service proposal.” Share only details you are comfortable discussing in the initial enquiry.

Agree the scope before work starts

Ask which tasks are included, which require your input, how progress will be communicated and what the quoted fees cover. Ask for requirements to be checked for your actual activity and ownership structure. This preparation guide is not a list of legal setup requirements.

Keep one action list

After the discussion, record the next action, the responsible person and the information needed. Keep records and government account access with the authorised people in your business. Use the initial enquiry to organise the work; detailed eligibility and regulatory questions need a separate review.
